I do try to keep from direcly referenceing real life in my art, but this one was too good to pass up.
This is all based on my account of my girlfriend's account of what apparently happened the night after we came back from a large and very alcohol-laden gala. I honestly have NO memory of this happening, but from what she says this is exactly how it happened.
Oh, and I do have a WowWee Alive White Tiger Cub that I've named Jer-Bot. Wanna fight about it?

Honestly this really made me laugh. I'm always impressed at your ability to draw great expressions and body language. Panel 7 where you're looking at Jer-Bot is really priceless.
Your anatomy certainly looks better in this piece. The heads are better proportioned to the rest of the body, save for the last panel. Your head looks a little on the big side. That aside this is really great. I really think you've gotten down how to move a story along with such expressive characters, even if they don't seem to be doing much. Something I really need to work on myself I don't think you even need words to know what's going on, and in my opinion the best comics can convey that.
I know this is getting pretty old but can I do a pic for you based on this? A sequel of sorts popped into my head when I read this, and I'm itching to do it. As proof of my commitment I'll even post a the draft sketch of it if I have your permission.
BTW did you ever find out what that noise was?

I do have a big head, actually. Or so I've been told. I went into a hat shop here in Austin once and the store clerk started crying.
I think what's helped my proportions a bit more is that I've been doing most of my drawing now on graph paper. I can take the grid off it when I scan it into Photoshop, but it's helped me keep things more in line. The expressions are just a guess as I try and develop some sort of style, but at the same time she tells me that this is exactly how it happened (she was not nearly as drunk as I was).
A sequel? Sure! I'd be honored if I helped inspire you to draw something, and feel free to do what you will. I really should uploade that Jeremy-Vulpes comic I drew a YEAR ago....
Yes, we did find out what the noise was.Our roomie had locked himself out of the house and was knocking on our window because our phones were off. She ended up letting him in, but apparently I've lost my job as defender of the cave.

Yeah. Apparently this incident cost me my job as protector of the apartment. I can't imagine why.
